A Sherman Tastic Summer Dish


MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmm...

This takes twenty minutes to rustle together. Not even. It is as fresh as a summer evening and a brilliant base for as many tweaks/changes you want to make. Sunday evening food was never more delicious.

Cabbage Salad:


You will need two cabbages finely diced.
A handful of chopped Jalepinos
Some fresh coriander
Thinly sliced red chillies
4 squeezed limes


Salsa:


Chopped tomatoes of your choice
More coriander
Spring onions
lime juice


Fish:
Whatever you want but Amy picked cod...drizzle it in any of the above ingredients. 
Grill it but watch out, it cooks so quickly!


Layer it all in a toasted fajita and whack on some sour cream mixed with cayenne pepper (or whatever kick you like)

VOILA....
