Luckily...

My bathroom mirror is SO clean with not a trace of dried toothpaste in sight. Yesterday I wore my oversized cashmere jumper from Isabelle with woolen tights, my Etro tweed loafers (that need re healing BAAAAAAAAD) and a silk YSL scarf that I got for my birthday. Silk Scarves are where it's at for my right now, I can feel the waves of a GIGANTIC obsession washing over me as I write. They are just SO ACE. Taking any old outfit from boring, to special. 

We have lots of beautiful scarves in the shop at the moment so browse online or pop in as SOME OS US HAVE TO WORK EVERY WEEKEND.

Picked these low slung, well worn Ted Baker jeans up from Fara Charity Shop for £5 because you really can't get that distressed look with new jeans. I wore them today for a fun morning at Selfridges Beauty Workshop...more on that later!Felt like Kurt Cobain with me new bangs and a stripy, baggy long sleeved t-shirt. Still, tomorrow's my birthday so girly I shall be!

I caught myself a real snapper with these suede and navy embroidered boots by Moda La Pelle... They have been glued to my feet and with the colder winds approaching, they will most likely stay that way. Do you see how far £5 can go?? The joys of Ebay!

I forgot how much fun it is to roam around charity shops, delve into dusty drawers and pull stuff up from the bottom of grubby looking cardboard boxes. This is mainly because my weekends are spent working as opposed to roaming free, like the wild cat I am inside. However one bright and fateful day in Clapham, not so very long ago, My Little Eye moved across   this little number, hidden in a drawer at the back of a dusty charity shop. The joy of it...and £1 later it was mine.

Vestaire Collective

Mother May I...

Oh whoops I just did! After discovering online French second hand store Vestaire Collective  (ebay-ish but in a very sophis way dahhlings) I have become addicted to browsing the 'New In' section and creating an ever growing wish list. Man they have INCREDIBLE stuff. The prices are set and so you don't get that annoying escalation that Ebay has. The sellers on this site also reduce when their item has been hanging around so if you add an item to your wishlist you can check if it goes down. A little tip for you, check out things by brands. Zara weirdly has the most amazing items on the site- I've spied so many cool boucle jackets and chic shoes. Why is what is French always more appealing??

I gave in after a week of careful browsing and bought the cotton bikini above. It is TOO amazing and I'm so excited for it to arrive. I'll post pics of the real deal when it comes, yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

The shop gets new stock in each and every day meaning that regulars snap up the best deals before anyone else has time to see the items!

One of Fulham's best kept secrets (and one of my favourite places this side of London) is Deuxieme at 299 New Kings Road. I work here a few days each week and so I know from first hand experience what amazing stock this shop has in it. Being a dress agency, the premise of the shop is to take in second hand designer and top end high street and sell it in the shop space on behalf of the customer. This means that you can all sell at Deuxieme too! There are a few restrictions though. The clothes must be no more than 2 years old (unless they are vintage-we have a vintage section especially for this!) and they must be within the season. It is up to those working to decide whether the clothes are in keeping with the trends of the season. I have watched hundreds of people leave Deuxieme with glee as they have snapped up an unbelievable label at an even more unbelievable price! You are bound to find something in this treasure chest especially as bags of clothes, shoes and jewellery arrive each and every day! Check out the amazing Temperley navy leather chain jacket in picture 3! I want, I want. 

I work every Saturday and odd days in the week too and I would love to see you all in there!
